DESCRIPTION:Following the phenomenal success of its Sponsored Play at Westfield London (Shepherd’s Bush) in 2015\, which raised more than £15\,000 for War Child\, Kensington Symphony Orchestra returns to Westfield on Sunday 29 April 2018 for another Sponsored Play\, the third at Westfield London and the 16th in a series that began in 1989. \nThe format is simple: for six hours\, between 70 and 100 musicians from KSO perform a continuous concert in front of Westfield’s shopping crowds\, conducted by more than 25 volunteers from all walks of life\, each of whom donates money in exchange for their few minutes of fame on the podium.
