4.00 onwards: KSO start to arrive – go to drama studio for refreshments or straight to the Sports Hall

4.30: KSO start rehearsal. KSO rehearsal with Concerto Competition winner

4.30 – 4.45: Year 7 students start to arrive in the Sports Hall

4.50 ideally / 5pm: Dress rehearsal of Concert. Short year 7 performances with KSO. Danse macabre

6/6.10 – 6.30: Break. Parents arrive at 6.15

6.30 – 7.30: Concert
